Day 10 of 365
This is Abby. She is my second of three kiddos. She is three years old and has the personality to prove it! She is my spitfire. Although she is the one who tests the boundaries the most, she is also full of joy and so much fun to be around,well except for the temper tantrums and such :) I cheated because this picture wasn't taken today, but it makes me smile and is a great image of her love of life.
I took this picture in my garage. My dad made me a backdrop stand of pvc pipe and I used fleece blankets as my backdrop. All natural light coming in. I have an AB light but I haven't figured out how to use it yet. I won't use it unless I have to because I really love the look of natural light. PP'd in PSE. (I spent forever cloning the black to get it solid before I learned another way...now I duplicate the layer, darken the duplicate in levels and erase out the subject, which is usually much easier than cloning)

i love the way your color pops out in this picture! my FIL helped me build a PVC stand also! i found that with a black velvet backdrop you don't need to edit the black at all...i bough some black fleece too so that babies can go on that with the velvet in the back...no problem washing that way! hehehe

Actually if the lighting and subject set up is correct you should not need any ps at all...no matter what fabric.
