Day 67...

This is just a small sampling of the three overflowing drawerfuls of kid's DVDs that we own. I think my husband has more fun buying them for the kids than anything he buys for himself. He's a gift giver.

These definitely make life easier. Not that my kids live in front of the TV, but when we do put a movie on it is nice to be able to hear my own thoughts. All three of them, even 18-month-old Max, are mesmerized by the TV. I think that is another good reason to limit their time so that it doesn't lose it's charm.

Yep--for sure! DVD's are an awesome thing. Funny that Mogley mentioned the car thing. I was gonna say that, too! Nothing beats a DVD on a long trip when the kids are tired of sitting and playing games, reading, etc!

Oh gosh...can I have just a couple in your amazing collection?

My DS only watches baby videos right now, but...hopefully down the road we'll have even half of your collection;)

Nice colors, so many different ones. This one would probably look really good with a color pop too:)

LOL! Glad to know we're not the only ones with a huge collection of kid DVDs! I also see that I'm not alone in being graced with the Barbie movies!?! LOL! Gotta love 'em. (Is there an eye rolly smiley here? haha!)

Cute pic!

I remember the first time I let my oldest child watch TV for more than an hour and I felt SO GUILTY. Now I just look back on that and laugh. DVDs definitely have saved my insanity more than once.
