Day 101...
I'm really disappointed with the hunt pictures this year! My girls are so big, and the Easter bunny hid the eggs in the open so the hunt was less than 5 minutes...pooey!!! I literally had to tell the girls to freeze a couple of times so I could get a shot before they were done! But they sure looked pretty, and handsome, in their beautiful Easter clothes. The hunt isn't the point of the day though and it's really neat because Madison is at the age where she is really understanding what Easter is all about! Our pastor had a sermon that focused on the Earthquake that caused the stone to roll away. He compared the tension in the Earth (between the plates) that causes an Earthquake to the tension between man and God because of man's sinful nature. Christ is the one and only way to relieve that tension and he allowed Himself to take on the sins of the world to pay the penalty for those sins and bring us back into a right relationship with a perfect and loving God! I know that I don't fully grasp the depth of what He did for us but what I do grasp is overwhelming!

I love that the Real meaning of Easter is in you. Isn't it wonderful to know that He did what we couldn't do for ourselves, FOR us? Great pics.

I think that yours look fine! Mine on the other hand turned out crappy! It was so cold that i just snapped, snapped, snapped and went back in in a hurry! LoL-
