...or at least the last few days of it! :)
(prepare for photo overload)
**these are unedited (except for some Lightroom processing) If I waited to get them edited they would never appear on the blog...sigh!!
First up, the releasing of this year's butterflies...
I cherish this photo. She usually has a ten-year-old self conscious grin, but this is the real deal! Isn't she beautiful (inside and out)!!
This is the flower box where we put the injured butterfly...he lived out his days in his own personal flower condo!
If you didn't know who exactly was the world's most adorable little boy...behold! :)
Our injured friend feasting on an orange.
Onto the garage sale. We held a garage sale to raise funds for our upcoming adoption! It was amazing! We had so many donations and help!! We still have lots left so we plan to hold another one in early June!!
This was the condition of my living room (and kitchen, bedroom and garage and a neighbor's garage) for several days leading up to the garage sale!
I LOVE this photo of my Daddy!!
and the rains came tumbling down!
most of the crew from day 1. I'm kicking myself for not nabbing everyone from day 2 for a photo op.
no make-up, no hair brushing, no editing, I would never post a photo of myself like this, but for some reason I love it!! Must be the love!
random photo of Max. He was sent to his room for fighting with his sister and five minutes later I found him like this...awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
And to end on a funny photo. This is my five-year-old dressing up as her Daddy! Don't you just love the beard!!!

Cindi-what a beautiful family you have. I wondered about you guys and the rain and am glad to hear that you had some success! Email me about the June garage sale:)
What awesome pictures for some really special moments - they are all great.
Looks like fun! The butterfly shots are awesome and the last one is too cute!
wow - where to begin?? I am so shamed to ever say 'I'm too busy to do...." - where do you find the time for butterflies, yard sales (those can be killers) and still post? Great great captures of your beautiful family. BTW- you look wonderful without all the fixins (as one of my kids used to say).
Aww, these are great! I thought about getting dd one of those butterfly things, it sure looks like fun. And what a wonderful turnout for your yard sale- I hope you raise more than enough money for Baby Sam! That last pic totally cracks me up- what a hoot! :)
These are just beautiful! I think you've captured the moments perfectly!
Cindi-I can't believe how old Madison and Abby are getting. Sweet pictures and I'm glad the garage sale was a success.
