Summer Days...Installment #1

Okay, I admit it, I am a work-o-holic!!! But, I am blessed to have a friend who is so good about using her summers (she's a teacher) to make awesome memories with her kids! Because of Amber, I let the work sit and got out there and enjoyed my kids and made some memories! Thank you Amber!!!

This is my last week off before the Christmas sessions surge so I plan to share lots of summer posts this week...buckle your seat belts!

Today is all about the stockyards! We had a blast watching the cattle drive, enjoying some yummy lunch and just walking around exploring the area! I so love how our kids enjoy each other! I know mine for sure can be little toots to their friends some times, but isn't it awesome how quickly little ones forgive and forget and just stick with each other!! I so wish we adults could figure out the value in that!!

This photo cracks me up!! Can't you just here them yelling, "Yah, yah!"

I think the boys asked for lip gloss after lunch too! Either that or man, they have red, sparkly lips! :)

love, love, love the looks on their faces! HA

All of these are such fun shots! I love the brick in that 2nd shot and the natural smiles you captured here! Great shots!

Very cool! The reality check on their faces as the cattle come by is a hoot. That long horn is awesome! Your kids are really cuties, Cindi.

Love these, they are so cute, and I'm so glad you took a day off to spend with them. Love that first shot, they just look like BOYS in it :)

Oh it looks like they had a blast. I need to stop more often and do fun things like that with my boys as well. Its all those little things that they remember and talk about later in life. TFS!

These are such fantastic shots! I really enjoyed seeing the stockyards last March, but didn't get such delightful, colorful, shots as you did!
